In line with its current and future expansion plans, a public-listed engineering /manufacturing /construction company seeks suitably-qualified and highly motivated individuals to fill the following vacancies:

1. LEGAL COUNSEL

-Requirements:-

• Possess a Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B) (Hons).
• At least 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) years of post-qualification experience in practice or as in-house Legal Counsel.
• Experience in advising on commercial transactions, negotiating commercial contracts and industrial contracts including sales, distribution, raw materials purchase, goods and services procurement, logistics services contracts.
• Experience with infrastructure, construction & engineering projects and the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate with non-legal personnel and provide practical solutions.
